Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 I group, my name is Carolyn and like alot of you, I also started my first challenge on Monday. I weighed myself Monday morning and while I promised myself I would not do that again until week 1 was over - I weighed myself this morning. Much to my surprise I gained 4 pounds. Has anyone else experienced a gain in their first week. I lifted heavy this week, is there a possibity it is muscle weight already or should I cut down on the 6 meal thing.
