Guest guest Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 I'm new at this and have a few questions. I was a big Diet Pepsi and coffee fan. I have totally cut out the soda and have limited my coffee. I drink two cups to jump start my day. I use fat free half and half and two packets of Equal. Is this acceptable? I started to drink water. I did fine the first few days but find the last couple of days I'm starting to cringe at the sight of it. lol Can I drink a sports drink to replace one or two glasses of water? My daughter has introduced me to Propel and I love the grape flavor. Are there any thoughts on having cream of wheat for breakfast? I need something fast in the morning and being it's winter I like the hot cereals. I eat oatmeal but love cream of wheat. Is this ok? Thank you.
