Guest guest
Hi , I know EXACTLY what you're talking about!! If I end up missing a workout (other than a planned rest day) my day is so off. the workout really sets me up for a much better day! I'm looking forward to hearing more about Body Clutter. I wasn't very good today with emotional eating, but I did control myself and stopped and I'm not falling into the " you blew it, might as well blow it big time " frame of mind. yes, I didn't make a good choice, but that is no reason or excuse to make poor choices for the rest of the day. I suggested to DH that we have a nice big healthy salad for dinner (he's trying to lose some weight - so he was agreeable, he's actually lost 14 lbs since the new year!) Take care!
