Wednesday morning yoga

Hi,

This morning I tried out my new yoga workout Yoga Sculpt with Voight.

I'm not a fan, but was hoping I'd like her yoga and be able to get past her very stale personality (sorry fans) This workout was no different... her personality is non existent it seems. The workout its self wasn't too bad, but its not what the title says... for the sorter version of this workout they call one of them "flow series" there is nothing about this section that flows. It's very slow, very SLOW. My legs did get a really nice burn, but that's all I can say. As far as enjoying the workout? not really. I still may keep it for those short on time mornings when I want something quick because this workout is broken up in to two workouts or you can do the entire 45 minutes, so that is a plus.

This evening is Slim & Lean (I dread it)

I just got that workout and her Yoga Trance Dance from the library along with some Kathy 's . I might try it tomorrow.

Wednesday morning yoga

Hi,

This morning I did Yoga Shakti. Her voice was there this time, not sure what was going on yesterday morning.

I did the Matrix but didn't care for the last segment. I did Moon Salutations, Dancing Warrior 4 and Inversions. I didn't care for the inversions, which included shoulder stands. I use to be able to do those pretty well, but my neck and the back of my head was killing me, along with my low back. Maybe I am getting old :( or maybe it just means I haven't done them in a while :)) Plus I was a little bummed that the whole routine ended up only being 20 minutes. Oh well... I'll get this DVD figured out and know just by seeing the segments what they are and how long.

I'm wanting to do a Kest routine, but haven't felt that motivated to do that hard of a yoga workout.
