Guest guest Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 Well, I didn't plan on a workout tonight, but DH went in to work early so I decided to do some lower body floor work mixing it up again. Here is what I did: Gym Style Legs- Warm up calves (2 times through) This burned really bad!!!! All the band work which included- glute tucks on step, inner thigh lifts, vertical outer thigh presses, outer thigh raises. Then I moved on to Butts and Guts and did the ankle weight section and stretch. This was a nice little non sweaty workout. I haven't done any floor work in a long time so this was a nice change.
