<<, I gained weight this week. Probably deserved to gain since I don't know why I lost weight the last two weeks and because >>>

Jen, my weight fluctuates all the time. I'm down to losing the last 15 but I find I go down then up and then the overall weight after a month or so isto keep the trend downwards. I lose slow (about 1 kg or 2 lbs a month) but its staying off - 65 + gone. So, don';t be disheartened - you will probably go back down in a week or two...Anny in Australia

hey jen, i agree with anny. sometimes the weight goes up and down. last week i was at 147 but when i weighed myself yesterday(i do it at the laundrymat, don't ask me why they have a scale that is meant for ppl)i was 135. and IMO i was eating worse this weekend then ever before. can you say half a family size box of cheez-its for dinner topped with a big bowl of mac-n-cheese. gee at least i wasn't craving chocolate LOL. kassia

Thanks Anny. I know my weight will go up and down but it was a pretty big increase that's why I was concerned. Jen Gerard & Leonie Westenberg <westen@...> wrote: <<, I gained weight this week. Probably deserved to gain since I don't know why I lost weight the last two weeks and

WOW Kassia, if you are going to lose that much maybe you should stay on the "cheez-tis" diet! LOL, just kidding. It's just frustrating when my weight goes up and down by 5 lbs..... Thanks though, Jen Kassia <ldy_solana@...> wrote: hey jen, i agree with anny. sometimes the weight goes up and down. last week i was at 147 but when i weighed myself yesterday(i do it at the laundrymat, don't ask me why they have a scale that is meant for ppl)i was 135. and IMO i was eating worse this weekend then ever before. can you say half a family size box of cheez-its for dinner topped with a big bowl of mac-n-cheese. gee at least i wasn't craving chocolate LOL. kassia 8:00? 8:25? 8:40? Jen, When you finally get to the dr., see if they can do I thyroid test on you. There is an EPIDEMIC of thyroid disease among women now. No one is sure of the cause (a virus, the pollution, etc - my personal theory is a lifetime of putting up with men could do it...) I had undiagnosed thyroid disease for several years, and I felt so much better and lost weight when I was put on natural thyroid. Regards, Ricki from Michigan <volleyjen0416@...> wrote: Thanks Anny.
