Right now I am in what i call the reading and research phase....so please dont be suprised or frustrated if you see me post some questions that may be obvious to all of you. Question-> What is the ratio of carbs to protein that I should achieve in my meals? Is my palm really the best way of measuring this? Another Question--> If I drink a whey protein shake as a snack, do i still need to include a carb portion? should it be of equal size?
