Guest guest
Hi !Here is a brief description of it that I found to be comprehensive:http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=gmail & q=what%20is%20chiFor me it means that when I'm in a meditative state doing t'ai chi I feel "tinglies" and I can feel the chi move inside and just outside my body. When I took a t'ai chi master class at Xpedition (instructor training) we did t'ai chi with a partner; I did it with my friend Sam, who is a good friend of mine. I could feel her chi, she could feel mine, and we both got a little teary/emotional. On the flip side, I once took Turbo Kick from a Chinese native who, in the closing t'ai chi portion of class, did her own t'ai chi. The movements were lovely and graceful and better than the TK choreography. However, she had a really bad energy about her and my practice was anything but serene. It's kind of like when you walk into an old house and can tell if it's had a good history or a bad history. Vibes. Intuition can pick up on energy/chi if you are open to it. I think tai chi makes you aware of your own energy and what you emmanate. I just love t'ai chi and should reallly set aside more time to do it. Cole's t'ai chi practices are very nice, and Buns of Steel of all things has a great t'ai chi video with Domenic something or other and he does it outside in a park, as is the tradition.Okay, I gotta jet to work!Parting the horses mane and playing the pee-pah,
