Its 'preferable' not to eat before CARDIO but not an iron clad rule

or anything. Go with the 7am meal, its half digested anyways by the

time you workout. With weights its certainly ok to eat something -

some people have to eat beforehand or feel sick (that green feeling)

when they work out. Dont worry its not going to make or break your

results :-)

This is a relief! I've been waiting till after my workouts to eat

my first meal...thinking I would mess it up if I didn't....and then

I feel really hungry the rest of the day, and I can't fit more than

4 meals in at the most, since I don't get to work out till 9:30.

I think I'm going to start eating my first meal before my weight

training from now on. That'll make things alot easier for me I

think. :)
