Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Today was my first cardio workout and I think I pushed it to a level 10. But when I was done I could have went longer. My husband and I are doing this together and he said that I must not have went to my full 10. This is my first challenge and could run 3 miles before I started. I guess my question is can I go longer, she I have pushed harder? I am pretty much confused. Also, the diet does not mention nuts but they are a great source of protein, any thoughts?
