Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Time crunch this morning since I had to go in to work early - so I was glad Volume 4 was up on my schedule. This one is around 40 minutes and really packs a punch if you up your weights and put your all out intensity into it. Kai S.... and co-teach. Kai does the cardio and does the weights and ab work. It is circuit style in that you alternate cardio with sculpting. Although, as is typical of the FIRM you will be using light weights during some of the cardio portions. All in all an excellent workout! I warmed up with T-Tapp Basic. Tomorrow is Volume 3! I'm really feeling it from doing these Classics back to back - it is hard to pinpoint which one is the hardest. They all have their own unique challenges. Anyway, hope everyone has a great day. We're supposed to have some annoying messy snow. Not much accumulation, but enough to cause commuting grief, I'm sure. I'm glad I got in early today 'cause maybe I can leave early, too! Take care, Donna ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Finding fabulous fares is fun.
