Guest guest Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 Great workout, ! I like Tamilee a lot too :-) I also don't like fast paced lunges like that because my form suffers. What I would do is just do half on one side, then half on the other side. It's easier to maintain form that way, and you get the extra added burn of repetition. Lunges never fail to kill me. As I am heavy, my body weight is always sufficient; I never need to use handweights for that section of any workout! Same with step ups on a tall step.
