I have started it 8 times and have never gotten beyond 2 weeks of it, but this is the time for me and I was just wondering what other people do to stay focused. I think I need to tell more of my friend what I am doing so that they will check up on me.. usually I just try to keep things quiet, but I think that talking about it could make it more of a reality... does this work for any of you? I am trying to get my boyfriend to join with me, although we have opposite work schedules, at least we could share goals.. any thoughts?
