Guest guest
, I love t'ai chi. If you're looking for a fast paced calorie burner than this probabably won't be for you. However, when done properly entirely in a horse stance, you can generate quite a bit of heat in the body and get a good quadricep burn. The slow, controlled movements to work different muscles than traditional weight lifting movements do, but most of all it is a lovely, spritual practice. I am sensitive and do feel the chi once I am in fluid meditative movement, and it is lovely, like I'm doing a slow dance with a seraphim.
