Guest guest Posted January 4, 2006 Report Share Posted January 4, 2006 Two years ago I read Body for Life. I did the Challenge and lost 20 lbs, gained lots of muscle and confidence. Then life hit me in the face when I least expected it. So now, having gained back most of the weight, I am starting a new challenge. I am on my 3rd day. I am a little sore today from my upper body workout last night. Very encouraging. My problem is that I am craving chocolate. I usually save having a piece of Dove dark chocolate for my reward. I am drinking water and have had fruit to try to fight off the craving. I am really inspired this time because I caught a couple of episodes of The Biggest Loser II. I just keep thinking how hard they worked and it payed off. I am going to do this. I am 5'5, weigh 180 lbs, and am 35 years old. I would like to lose 30-35 lbs. I have been Walking/Jogging.
