Hi,

Your description, , of the " tinglies " reminds me

a bit of Kundalini yoga. There was one pratice that I

did that I felt that way and felt that I was moving

energy around. It was weird, but in a good way. I

also remember it had you " shine your aura " and I had a

review at work the next day that I aced - so don't

know if that helped or not, LOL!
