(official Jen cheerleader) Jen's exercise for Tuesday 3/7/07 Tuesday 3/7/07 Exercise Today before I went to work I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes - I did Workout #1 of the Cardio portion of Self magazine's Challenge. This workout called for me to warm up for 5 minutes then walk as fast as possible for 20 mins then cool off for 5 minutes. Yeah for me, I DID IT! Eating too much choc. chip cookie dough but today I'm even doing better with that and I swear today is the last baking day for me for a long time. I'm tired of this cold too although the sunshine today is gorgeous and it is actually 32 degrees. It felt positively warm earlier today when I was out running errands! I see the next few days will be even warmer but I know better than to get my hopes up that spring could really be near (it still fakes me out every year, I get to enjoying some warm temps and then wham, snowstorm). With my luck I will get used to the warm weather then it will get bitter cold again, snow and my sinuses will really KILL me! But I do LOVE seeing the sunshine! Oh well, that's spring in Michigan! Today was gorgeous though, I'll take it, even if it is temporary!
