Guest guest
, I have another question about the info you sent. Your circuit workouts, if done in my gym, would have me running all over the place. You say to do the different exercises with no break in between. Are all of the machines and equipment pretty close to each other in your gym, or do you do one thing, run across the gym, do the next, run.....etc? My gym has all cardio machines in one area, all leg machines together, the free weights near the back, and the heavy bag is upstairs! Guest guest
My gym is small and everything is pretty close together, but I sometimes still need to dash the length of it to get to my next exercise. Hey, it keeps the heart rate up... On 1/18/06, <tjmiller88@...> wrote: > , > I have another question about the info you sent.
