protein bars?

I have bought better proportioned protein bars:

Body for Life

Zone Perfect

MET-Rx

Can I eat them as a snack meal more than twice a week if I want to? Are

they equal on the body as a protein shake? Or will they stall my

progress because they seem like candy? I have not been seeing any

results and have probably been eating 4-6 bars per week, never more

than 200 calories. (I would eat 1/2 or 2/3 of a 320 calorie bar)
