Guest guest Posted March 4, 2007 Report Share Posted March 4, 2007 Good evening, Everyone!Not too bad a week, considering I was really sick on Monday and Tuesday. I have declared this March a no drinking month and when I did my weekly weigh in at the gym I was happy to see I had lost a pound, and this is my "fat" time of the month, as TOM comes next Sunday, when the "thin" time of the month begins. Class today was one of those one in ten classes where everything went perfectly. The stars must have been aligned just so, because my energy was very up, their energy was up, people were making noise, and I had more people than I'd had in awhile, including 3 new men!Tomorrow I will get up early and most likely do one of 's dance workouts. She is just so positive and energetic, and it's been ages since I've done her workouts and I miss her. She has a studio near where I live, so I confess there is some local pride here. Spring has always been my Fitness renewal time. I didn't join the gym in January, like most, but rather in May. I'm still sore from lifting weights on Friday, so I'm feeling painfully delicious. It's rainy here, but also at times sunny, and the daphne, crocusses, daffodils, and irises are coming up. It's so exciting I can hardly stand it!
