Guest guest Posted March 4, 2007 Report Share Posted March 4, 2007 This kicked my ass in a good way.Its incredibly doable - i can follow it with my lack of coordination and a lot of the moves are quite giladish.Its half hour long (about 25 mins really)My copy is in spanish and if you don't speak spanish it really is very easy to follow you don't need to understand what they're saying. Just count along in english or brush up on counting in spanish from one to ten.Its a bunch of basic leg/butt/ab moves you find in a lot of other workouts so its incredibly easy to follow. I loved the latin music in the background too it wasn't annoying at all. For a quick lower body workout that you'll really feel i totally recommend this. I lurve it! (and y'all know i'm incredibly picky!!).
