Weekly Wrap Up

Hi Everyone,

Today is my rest day - although I may squeeze in

T-Tapp basic later - but it looks like it will be a

busy one today so Idon't know if it will happen or

not.

Anyway - here's my week in review:

Sunday - Snow Shoveling ant T-Tapp Basic

Monday - TJ 20 Min. Workout & Firm 3 in 1 Bootcamp,

Workout 1

Tuesday - 5 Mile Walk

Wed - Firm Total Body Shaping Mix

Thursday - Cardio Step Mix w/ QFix Pilates Abs 1 1/2

sections instead of the ab work on CSM

Friday - Firm 3 in 1 Bootcamp Workout 2 Plus Quick Fix

Cardio Kicks - Core and Cardio and Bonus Blast

Sections

I also did T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch or Basic in

there here and there as my warm-up.

Overall, not a bad week. Next week I'm going to do

the Classics. I think I'll do Volume 1 tomorrow.

I'll do T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch with the longer

ones (Vol 1, 2 & 3) and T-Tapp Basic with the shorter

ones (Vol 4, 5 & 5). I haven't done these in awhile

so it should be a fun trip down memory lane.

Replying to my own post to add that we took a family walk/hike of approximately 2.25 miles! Now, off to the vet for Shenan's allergy treatments! :)Donna

Here's how my week went:Sunday - Rest (late night on Saturday and didn't get up early enough or have the "drive" later in the day!)

Monday - PowerFIt Legs & Shoulders, QuickFix Arms & Legs and PowerFit Core Fusion

Tuesday - Charlene Prickett - Low Impact, High Intensity & stretch on my own

Wed - PowerFit Chest, Triceps & Butt, PowerFit Back, Biceps & Thighs & Yoga Makeover for Abs

Thurs - Kathy Peak Fat Burning (cardio only), Kathy Pilates for abs

Friday - Austin - 3 week bootcamp - definately enjoyed and "felt" the second workout. My butt is sore. If that is what kettlebell style work does for you - well, wow!

Today so far I've been resting/lounging. Gotta see if DH is up for a walk or not.
