Wednesday's workout - Yoga

Today I was really stiff and my right leg was giving me fits, so I decided that a yoga/Pilates day was in order.

I did Yoga Fusion Power an oldie but goodie from those Yoga Booty Ballet girls Gillian and Teigh. A very nice blend of yoga salutation poses along with other eastern forms of yoga. They then go into mat work that is mainly Pilates based and end with a yoga cool down/stretch. A nice 45 minute workout.

Yep - Teigh leads the workout and Gillian is one of the back up exercisers. It's a really nice workout and I love the whole thing. I haven't purchased the other workout you mentioned as it's available at my library. As a matter of fact, I need to reserve it and some other yoga workouts. I have to go pick up the Tapp (T-Tapp) book that has finally come in for me. I believe there is a workout DVD in there.

I have this one along with Yoga Fusion Strength. I usually don't do any of the toning parts, I do the yoga section. Its perfect for those days short on time. I didn't know they were the ones from Booty Ballet.. lol
