Working out when out of town

Hi everyone!

I am on week 2 of my challenge and have to go out of town this Sunday

through the following Friday. I may have access to the treadmill at

the hotel but that's about it. We are in meetings from 8am to 10pm in

a semi remote area of Michigan. Have any of you used resistance bands

in lieu of weights? I was thinking they'd be easy to pack and better

than nothing. Any insight you might have would be greatly appreciated!
