hi michelle,

i am sure you will like this one. the matrix helps you mix and match

segments to create your own yoga workout. i have yoga ADD lately so its

good for me to get short 10-15 min segments in without blowing off my

workouts b/c i can't seem to get more done. but the four already mixed

practices are pretty long, i have only done one of them and it was like

an hour and 20 minutes :0 !!! but its a great great dvd. the scenery

and music is soooo perfect for shiva's personality and the yoga

workouts.

Thanks Kassia!! I don't like long yoga routines. Kest is about as long as I will go. The 3 workout DVD of his is like 50 minutes each. I get too bored doing yoga much longer than that. I've been getting my yoga in every morning then I do my regular workout in the evening, its been working really well for me.

I'm glad to know that I'll like Yoga Shakti. Is the instructor an older lady? I thought I read somewhere that she was, maybe not. I only hope there isn't a bunch of way out postures that I couldn't begin to do in a million years. That was really my only worry about buying it.

I'm supposed to be getting it on Tuesday.

You will LOVE the yoga Shakti DVD. You can mix and

picked up the McGee workout at ROSS. I really

need to give it a spin!

Hi ,

Shiva isn't old - I can't begin to guess her age but

she is probably 30's/40's, I guess! There may be some

different postures on this one (I believe a headstand

series) that may be hard to do -but the best part of

the matrix is that you don't have to pick those

sections to do unless you want to work on that! I'm

okay with skipping headstands, myself!
