Guest guest
, Could you please post an example of your workout split to incorporate your martial arts? I do kickboxing, and have recently added grappling, and I am struggling with how to put all of my workout components together. On Wednesdays I " roll " (the grappling equivalent of sparring) immediately followed by kickboxing conditioning and drills, and on Fridays is grappling technique and drills, immediately followed by kickboxing sparring. Each night lasts about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I really need to make sure I get enough cardio for conditioning, because when I fight in the ring, that is crucial. Thanks for your help. Guest guest
I have an entire huge novel on the subject of conditioning for martial arts and how I've changed things. Since the workouts are not BFL, I'm not going to post them here and confuse everybody. I'll just round up the info and e-mail it to you. Stand by. :-) On 1/12/06, <tjmiller88@...> wrote: > , > Could you please post an example of your workout split to incorporate your martial arts?
