Guest guest
, I do my cardio in the neighborhood. I jog. I'm in the gym 3 days a week for resistance training. help ...workout plan! i'm stuck! we are encouraged through the BFL book to workout 6 times a week, is there anyway this could be cut down to 3-4 times per week and still get the same results? i workout at a gym, as i am unable to at home (b/c of lack of space) but with my work schedule it's really difficult to get to the gym 6times a week. any suggestions? for those who do go to the gym less than 6times a week do you find you are still progressing? how do you schedule your cardio, UBWO & LBWO? nancy p.s. i picked up EFL at my local library today -- it's fabulous -- it looks like a 'must by', hopefully i could score a good deal on ebay or online!!! Guest guest
, In a pinch, I have jogged in place with jabs and strikes for alittle extra exertion...I did this when I did not have my Precor eliptical in the house and needed to do some cardio. I would start off slowly and then go alittle faster and then faster and then go all out...it was something...and something is better than nothing. I wasn't on BFL but it served me well as I was training and it go my legs in shape and got my wind up too. If you can afford it, maybe think about a home unit of a treadmill or eliptical or bike. You can find some great deals in the classified or garage sales. Well worth it...and saves you 3 days in the gym. Good luck. > > , > > I do my cardio in the neighborhood. I jog.
