Guest guest
Hi ! I'm thrilled you liked the Learn and Burn dvd! It will nicely compliment your basic tae-bo tape too - great combo you have there! I try to think of the the tuck as a standing abdominal crunch. However, this move is more recent to Turbo Kick / Jam and isn't featured that much in the classes (aka " rounds " ) that I teach. As a modification, just do a regular bob and weave instead. You need to keep your abs engaged for pretty much an entire kickboxing workout anyway, so I wouldn't worry about substituting a bob and weave until you became more fluent with the rest of the moves before perfecting the tuck. When you're bored with this one, you'll definitely want to pick up the 20 minute workout - the moves are still pretty simple, but you work up a great sweat, and it's especially a good one to do when you're short on time!
