Hi !

I would say go with what works best with you on the

curtsey lunges - when I first saw them I freaked out a

bit, but I tried them and it was okay for me.

I'm not Catholic either (although that is how I was

" raised " sort of half way, made it to communion but

not to confirmation) Right now we go to a church that

is affiliated with the United Methodist Church, but it

is one of those contemporary churches that meets at a

school cafeteria. They play up-beat contemporary

music and the " sermons " are very down to earth (and

actually have a practical/secular relevance as well as

a spiritual relevance). Our Pastor is my age and is

an athlete - he competed in a triatholon. He is

leaving though and we're getting someone new who

sounds very interesting - he was a software engineer

before deciding to become a Pastor. It is a good

church for kids, they have tons of kid activities,

etc. I'm not really sure if " real " Methodists (I've

actually never been to a traditional Methodist church)

do the whole Lent thing or not - I just sort of do it

on my own out of habit I guess (no pun intended -

habit - Catholic nun..yeah, I'm punchy today!)

Enjoy the new guy in your life! And, I'll have to

look for those radishes. I need crunchy food in the

afternoons for stress relief and I'm getting tired of

carrots.

Take care! :)
