Guest guest
hey all, rough week here. today was just a beauty.started with- woke up late, car stalled out again(back to the dealership, thank goodness for the warranty),work just stunk(friday, everybody is looking for a free lunch, literaly),some cab almost ran into me then cussed me out as he drove away.so i didn't get my workout in this morning. this on top of all week of doing everything b/c these viola and dh were really sick. this week wasn't the best but i did managed something. Sun-did pump up the circuit by tony little. i got this at dollar general. not a bad workout, quite short(about length of power 90 sculpt 1)and it goes by length(30-60 seconds for beginners,60-90 for intermediates,90-120 for advanced)for each exercise. if i can remeber there are only two leg exercises, squats and lunges. very basic so unless you like tony little you find something better. me for $1, i just had to try it. maybe his rock the circuit will be better. its suppose to be higher intensity. he is just corny though, so he might ruin the whole deal. LOL Mon-still feeling exhaused i managed to get caribbean workouts' kickboxing workout in. with a little time to spare i went easy with 10 minute solution's kickbox bootcamp's basic training and added on the washboard abs segment. felt great to do 40 minutes. Tues-was a little rest with caribbean yoga's energize with yoga segment from yoga for the core dvd. Weds-managed a good circuit type workout with biggest loser dvd (vol.1) with sculpt and bootcamp segments. a pretty good dvd but volume two is more valuable and more of a challenge for me. plus its more, but shorter, segments to mix and match then this one offers, but bob is pretty awesome in both. Thurs-another good cardio morning with functionaly fit peak fat burning with kathy smith. when things are down, hers, are pretty good workouts for me. i feel worked but not burnt out. tonite was a late workout since having the bad start of the day. i wasn't even going to do anything but viola was being real good so i decided to give it a try. i started with denise's cope complete(it was $5 after using a $3 coupon from shape magazine). i did the warm up and upper body/core segment. its good to get things going using this dvd. i used 8lbs for the segment so it felt just challenging enough.i wanted to try to get more upper body so i used her personal trainer's low intensity upper body and stretch. i used 8's and 10's for this segment except the last exercise(lateral/front raise combo) where i used 3's b/c it just didn't seem like enough rest from military press to lateral combos. the rest is nice, real good total body stretch but only 10 minutes. i think for yoga tomorrow, i go with something longer but very relaxing. yoga zone or yoga for everybody. i think i need it after this week LOL. hope you had a great friday, sleep tight. kassia Want to start your own business?
