Hi Everyone,

The week started off slow but picked up by the end -

here's what I did:

Sunday - Crunch Burn & Firm Pilates

Monday - Dance Off the Inches Tummy Tone and Crunch

Super Slim Down

Tuesday - Liz Gillies Body Lift (Trainer's Edge)

Wed - Firm Super Sculpt

Thursday - Firm Super Cardio & 10 Min. Solution Rapid

Results Pilates (Abs & Stretch)

Friday - Firm Cardio Split 1 and 10 Min. Solution

Fitness Ball Stretch

Each day I did either T-Tapp Primary Back Stretch,

T-Tapp Basic, or Yoga as a warm-up, I just forget what

I did on each day!

Today is likely rest, although I have taken to doing

T-Tapp Basic on my rest days. We'll see though. I

actually have alot of housework to do - not to mention

that I am swamped at my other job and brought work

home over the weekend to do. I hope DH will take DD

out this afternoon so I can accomplish that!

Food was okay excepet for two bad days (Sunday and

Thursday). Yesterday, I wasn't great, but not

terrible. I just tend to go for the sweets when I'm

feeling stressed out (and/or when I have to do

something I don't want to do - like find my paperwork

for taxes! That was Thursday's fiasco!) I probably

should have just pulled out the bag of carrots for

that.

Next week I have - Total Body Shaping Mix, Firm Cardio

Step Mix and Bootcamp 3 in 1. I'll have finished up

all the " old " FIRMs except for Classics and Classic

Parts. I'm not sure if I'll do those or save them for

another time and move on to something else in March.

If I do move on to something else in March I'm

thinking of giving my Gilads a try. I've had them

since Xmas and haven't done them yet. I think I

should! If I go with Gilad I'll do 2 or 3 weeks of

him before moving on. I also have other " virgins " in

my pile from trades, etc. to fit in.
