Guest guest
B.B. - Do you have any over 55's in your collection? Particularly those who have transformed? Thanks n T. > > Beth and Debra you're both welcome. I've actually been collecting a > list of women over 40 for inspiration as well. Guest guest
Hi n, I think there were a few. What type of physique inspires you? The very muscular, or more fitness/figure builds? I'll take a look and try to post later tonight or tomorrow. I have an appointment later today. B.B. > > > > Beth and Debra you're both welcome. Guest guest
Hi again n, did you see my other message with Belinda Cosmos? She is in her mid 50's and still winning competitions. She's at the link below in the black bikini. http://www.leeapperson.com/figure/dieting.html Also, Young is 55 years old and is in my previous post(#99838) here /message/1 99838 I'll post later after I've looked through my favorites and mailbox (may have four links). Guest guest
Hi BB - I need the role-models for my sister's motivation. She's a young 59.5 and weighs about 165. If I'm speaking correctly for her, she primarily needed reassurance that BFL works for her age group, with a slow metabolism. She's in her 6th week and, according to her dreaded scale, has gained 3-5 pounds. She's torn between tweaking the program (increasing fat, decreasing calories, increasing cardio) and sticking with it as she's been doing for the past 5 weeks. From all accounts, aside from perhaps relying on bars for more meals than is my preference, she seems to be eating properly. And exercising properly. When you aren't having early results, it's easy to believe that you're different, and the program works for everyone but you. I didn't have results until after the 8th or 9th week, but she needs to hear that from other women, not just her sister! Thank you - n T. Guest guest
Does anyone have the pictures of Carolyn Culverhouse when she began her first challenge at 223 pounds(size 20 41% fat) ? I believe she completed three or four challenges, can't remember. The following link is during her last challenge in 2001. She was 51 at the time, and has managed to maintain her transformation to date at 137 pounds 18% body fat and a size 4. http://www.bodyforlife.com/success/successStories.asp?cmsId=974 Transformation s > > > > > > > > Beth and Debra you're both welcome.
