Is there a way to " search " for something here on the board? For

example, how can a member search on a topic that may have been

discussed...for example, is there a way for me (or a new person) to

actually search on a topic like " upper body " or any searchable topic

or word?

Thanks...

See that box in the center of the main page that says Search Messages? :-)

The bad part is that only does a partial search of a few hundred

messages at a time. You have to keep hitting the Search More button to

go back further and find older posts. Not very convenient for finding

something from two years ago, but it works if you're willing to keep

hitting the button.

You can also look at the message history calendar and click on a

particular month to go back in time. deletes the older posts as

we hit our storage limits, so sadly those 5 posts from December 1999

are lost forever, along with many of the posts from the club's heyday.

I can't say I miss those days of wading through seven thousand e-mails

a month!
