I just got the Bowflex select dumbells system-LOVE IT. It goes from

I believe 5lb to 52lb on EACH dumbbell. So, you essentially can get

100+lb. You don't have to worry about changing plates-just turn the

little click knob and viola! you have adjusted the weight. Dosen't

take up much space and they may still be on sale near you! Ours was

$349 (with the stand for free!)
