Guest guest
I just got the Bowflex select dumbells system-LOVE IT. It goes from I believe 5lb to 52lb on EACH dumbbell. So, you essentially can get 100+lb. You don't have to worry about changing plates-just turn the little click knob and viola! you have adjusted the weight. Dosen't take up much space and they may still be on sale near you! Ours was $349 (with the stand for free!) I LOVE IT!!!!!! > > I already own 3, 5, 8, 10 lb. dumbbells plus 1 lb. wrist weights.
