Hi everyone,

How is everybody? Hope all is well with you. Okay, now, this is my

2nd week on BFL, and I'm still fine tuning lots of things. I'm

trying really hard, but I mess up a lot because, I dont know, I'm

just not that bright, and the balance between carbs and proteins

thing doesnt come naturally to me. I saw a post about myoplex, and

clicked on the link to get some ideas. I use myoplex lite, because

thats what Bill uses in most of the EFL book. I got really really

nervous when I read that you cant add fruit to myoplex lite because

of the carb content. I mean, now that I look at the amount of carbs

in myoplex lite, that makes total sense. I feel like an idiot. But,

then again, in the EFL book, he has recipes like a strawberry banana

shake - with myoplex lite, a half a banana, and a handful of frozen

strawberries - you know? Thats where I got the adding fruit to

myoplex lite idea from. So, I'm confused. And scared too - because

adding a fruit to myoplex lite is like - A LOT of carbs. I didnt

notice. Am I screwed? And should I check Bill's recipes before I

use them?

My second question has to do with fat free yogurt. One of my

favorite meals to have on the run is a portion of cottage cheese and

a portion of fat free yogurt, cause its so quick and easy. So I was

reading the BFL book (for the 3rd or 4th time, LoL) and I noticed

that on one page he says he uses fat free sugar free yogurt. On the

food list, however, and everywhere else in the book, he just says

light fat free yogurt. I went to the store to look for fat free

sugar free yogurt and I'm convinced that it doesnt exist. But now

I'm worried that I'm not supposed to have my fat free yogurt. I'm

just...worried. About lots of things. Goin' a little crazy here.

I'm wondering if I should not have my free day on sunday for all

those times I screwed up with myoplex lite and fat free yogurt,

and...God knows what else...

Thank you so much for reading this way-too-long post. You are all so

helpful.
