I guess you can write it in any way that is meaningful to you Ricky. What I do is I write 2 x 30 lbs.

I can bench and fly with 50 pound dumbbells, but I¹m the exception rather

than the rule. If you have room for the weights, I¹d get the 15 and 20 and

when I was ready get a 25 and a 30 =)

Krista has a suggestion here, on adjustable sizes:

http://www.stumptuous.com/cms/displayarticle.php?aid=47

Do you have a local " play it again sports? " I got most

of mine there. I personally do not like the adjustable

one, too time consuming. I started out with 5's a long

time ago, and kept moving up. We have everything from

5 to 50's now... and had to buy a snazzy dumbbell rack

to put them on.... very convenient, and it looks cool

next to the olympic plate tree and power rack. :)

By the way, if you keep lifting consistently and

progressively, you'll far surpass the 20's! I'm

currently up to 40's.

I bench 25 and 30 but for legs need to go up past 50.

It's a worthwhile investment.
