I have a question that my be a little " silly " but..... Years ago when I went to

a gym, I remember the trainer and his " no pain no gain " instructiions for

working out. I am following the workout plans in BFL to the best of my ability

on my Bowflex and although I sweat a lot, there is no pain involved in my

workout. I get sore the next day and bit more sore the day after but by the

time I do that workout again (UBWO for example) I am no longer sore.

Am I supposed to feel soreness and pain upon exertion? I thought that would mean

I was doing something wrong and I do not want to hurt myself.

Sounds like you¹re good. No Pain No Gain is kind of a knucklehead approach.

The soreness the next day lets you know you had a good workout.

Dr. Knucklehead.
