Tonalin - CLA?

I have just started taking the EAS CLA as of today. I will let you know if it

helps at all. I am in Day 2 of week 2. I have thyoid disease and I researched

this and it is ok for me to take. So I can't see any harm in taking it. Also

since you need to take at least one EAS supplement while doing the challenge, I

figured this one to be a pretty safe one.

I've been using EAS's CLA for several months now and I believe it's

helped me achieve some of my goals. Due to a herniated disk in my

backI haven't been able to lift as hard as I'd like to but I haven't

noticed any muscle loss and I continue to get more toned. I think the

CLA has helped me to maintain my lean body mass.

I use a Tonalin CLA, just the GNC brand. I have great results. I've

lost 10 more pounds the last three challenges than the ones without

using CLA. Of course there can be other factors involved, but I just

feel better taking it too.

I can't digest meats or some dairy very well, so the CLA gives me a

the CLA that I don't get from my diet. I heard that CLA must be

Tonalin or it's not the real thing. Don't know the facts behind that

nor experience as I have only used the Tonalin. I take 2 capsules 3x

a day for a total of six capsules a day.
