I just put some cottage cheese in the blender with some low fat ranch dressing (I used hidden valley brand). Whizzed it up, tossed in a tiny bit of salt and some fresh black pepper, cut up a head of broccoli, cauliflower, small tomatoes, and red peppers, and wow, is it a great dip! Protein and veggies, low fat. Couldn't ask for more. I'll be bringing this to work!
