Guest guest
Looks like the Discovery Health Channel is not giving e-diets free on this challenge. I looked it over, and there's nothing there I can use. They are giving free passes to Balley's for 8 weeks. They do have a menu and recipe file, but it looks rather boring. Here is the link to check it out!! http://health.discovery.com/BodyChallenge/InitialRegister.do Pam

The menu options and recipes they offer are not as extensive as e diets and In2Nutrition, BUT for those needing meal planning help, this could be a good place to start. - " We are what we repeatedly do. Guest guest
, They aren't doing the eDiet thing this year, but there are other freebies you can win. For every week, if you enter your foods and activity you can win prizes. So I went ahead and joined.
