Looks like the Discovery Health Channel is not giving e-diets free on this

challenge. I looked it over, and there's nothing there I can use. They are

giving free passes to Balley's for 8 weeks. They do have a menu and recipe

file, but it looks rather boring. Here is the link to check it out!!

I registered this morning, and I was a little disappointed not to see the

ediets.

The menu options and recipes they offer are not as extensive as e diets and

In2Nutrition, BUT for those needing meal planning help, this could be a good

place to start.

They aren't doing the eDiet thing this year, but there are other

freebies you can win. For every week, if you enter your foods and

activity you can win prizes. So I went ahead and joined.
