Hi, there used to be a more active MSN group on it...

I did buy the .pdf of the book a few years ago, but my

hard drive took a dive shortly thereafter (two drops

of coffee on my laptop keyboard... grrr) and lost it,

so I don't remember too much about it... what

posted earlier about it pretty much sums it up though.

They really push the thing where you pay extra to

become one of the " lucky " people in a more elite club.

I guess it makes people more accountable that way... I

tried eating the low calories, tons of cardio, and I

kept getting sick from my immune system shutting

down... I couldn't exist on green veggies and chicken

breast, LOL!
