Guest guest
After doing 2 weeks strong of BFL, I'm still off the wagon. I have all this left over food from ,y New Year Party. I think I will finish off this week and start off on Sunday with a neww week 1. > > > > 'You know its funny, the more it hurts is right! Guest guest
These are great ideas. Thanks for passing them along. -- Re: Falling off the wagon That's a good topic...what are you all doing for comfort in stressful times? I have a few options handy, but am always interested in adding more. Here are some quick and cheap alternatives from my list; - foot rub for myself while sitting in a chair using one of those roller things on the floor - bubble bath - deep and steady breathing for a few minutes with my eyes closed - a BIG smile (my brain doesn't seem to notice whether I fake it or not)I heard that the motion of smiling releases endorphins. Hold and repeat - shoulder and neck rolls, one direction and the other - make a fist with one hand...press the knuckles into the palm of the other hand and rub in circles or up 'n' down - I say, " I am feeling ANGRY " or I am feeling SAD " Be honest and own the feeling without trying to blame or fix...just name it and feel it for a minute or two... " My feelings change " - firm rubbing of the cartilage areas of my ears; gently tug them in circles - cup of hot tea or even just hot water The massage ones are modified from books on accupressure. I know how our pets love the touch...we can enjoy it too. M. > > I am a huge binger. Guest guest
It is hard to get back with it but I have found best success in throwing the food away and starting right away. Why wait another week? Michele T On Mon, 02 Jan 2006 18:28:32 -0000 " rai_rai_luver " <rai_d@...> writes: > After doing 2 weeks strong of BFL, I'm still off the wagon. Guest guest
i would put the tempting leftovers into reasonable portions and freeze them. Today is the day. Now is all we have. It never gets any easier, we just have to be strong and tricky against the alluring fat/sweet invaders Just my 2 cents. M. > > After doing 2 weeks strong of BFL, I'm still off the wagon.
