Guest guest Posted December 12, 2001 Report Share Posted December 12, 2001 For folks who are " ab obsessed " , won't the VAT (visceral adipose tissue)loss be a little more appropriate, since VAT has been shown to be more prominant around the gut (or so I have read... perhaps this is pure myth?). Not to mention health reasons...
