Monday evening- Boot Camp

Hi,

This evening I did Boot Camp. I did the "all but core" premix. I hate getting up and down from the floor with the ab work added. I also feel like abs is something separate from cardio, just me I guess. She does go down to the floor once on the triceps and does tricep lying presses. That wasn't too bad since she did legs right after the cardio. The most dreaded part of this entire workout is those freakin' thrust climbers. I hate those things.

Anyway, I burned 339 calories so I'm happy with that and even happier that workout is done!!!!
