Guest guest
Dear all, Anyone out there who's just started biomed, stick with it, it has turned our lives around. My son Jay (just over 4) diagnosed severe at 3 has taken a big upturn in two weeks since we started Zeolite. We monitor him carefully and notice - an improvement in his language structure (me: Shall I warm up these beans, they've gone cold? J: no, leave them Mummy. Me being cross about some minor thing - " Mummy, you're disappointed with me " ) At nursery Sorry. Nursery staff - " why are you sorry ? " " Because I ripped the paper " His attention always has been hard, he is getting better in this area too as we increase the drops. Having conversations in therapy - Therapist - " Jay match Q " . Jay, " No I want to match Z and A and C " But the most exciting thing of all is his eye contact, never great, suddenly about 80%! He is suddenly looking into, and fascinated by our faces. Today I got him a new video and he loved it. We were putting it in, and I said, How do you feel? - his reply - I feel excited! To see him look at me when he talks to me, like so many other things, I never believed it would happen. Also he's more connected - asking me and his dad to dance with him, look at the video, commenting on everything. Finally its a Mummy thing - but when he sang " When somebody loved me, everything was beautiful " from Toy Story at bedtime, in perfect tune, it was unbelievable. Filed it away for when I'm an old lady. We've seen him, little by little, gradually get better. We've lived through the no language agony, the gut recovery nightmare, the thumping and hitting kids stuff, and no doubt there'll be more. We aren't using any other chelators yet, and have a baseline hair test on its way pre-zeolite. Jay seems very comfortable on 5 drops per day, and hasn't reached tolerance yet as far as we can see. We are following the gradual schedule we got from Mandi. This stuff is top whack we reckon, we've been doing biomed for 18 months now and haven't added anything new in, were chelation wimps, so we attribute these gains to the Zeolite. Everyone I know grumbles about the way it this stuff is marketed, well that's a fact of life, we get it from Mandi who operates in an ethical way and her values are in the right quarter. Thanks again to all at Autism is Treatable - and all the parents who post and talk to us - for helping us get our boy back on the road. This is one treatment we definitely are going to stick with. We live through our bad times too, like everyone else, so if you're having a bad one, keep the faith. The good times make it worth it.
