Guest guest
Hi ! Yes, get the Pick Your Levels!! I normally like to get up at 4:30 to workout (I try to get to bed pretty early too - usually around 9 and I'll read for awhile)- I picked that time thinking I'd have some peace - but sometimes DD is up super early for some reason. Yesterday, I just couldn't let her stay up from 4:00 a.m. on (I figured she'd be tired and grouchy and she had school yesterday so I wanted her to be somewhat rested for that)- so I went back to bed with her. This morning, though, she slept until past 6 so I had peace! YAY! It isn't that I mind having her around when I exercise, I just like the " me " time. She also talks to me and comments on the workout and sometimes she just gets in the way - I try to be patient and encourage her b/c I want her to be active, but I also want a decent workout for me, too! She sits on her ball now when she watches TV or draws/colors! I know - isn't that awful to have two broken ankles? She is actually quite accident prone so if anyone could have done this - it was her! I think it was the dog bone that caused so many problems - Take care! Donna --- Pink Pussycat <pinkpussycat@...> wrote: > Thanks for the Pick Your Level tip, Donna!
