Wednesday's workout - Jari Love

Well, it was an interesting day. We got a lot of ice so we lost power for over 4 hours which delayed my workout. I finally did Slim and Lean which felt great to do in the afternoon rather than in the morning. I did get some housework done but not as much as I would like due to the power outage. I hope we keep it tonight - it's getting cold!

Yes I do. I hate whimpy workouts! My hips are feeling a bit too loose, but other than that so far so good.

Yesterday must have been a Jari Love kind of day. I tried out "Get Ripped to the Core" for the first time. I'm feeling it in a big way this morning.

I hope you are feeling okay today, Kathy! Seems to be some nasty injuries on this list - we'll all just hang out with ice packs together until we're all back in the game! :-)

It's going to be really hot here today. Best get off the computer and on the mat for abs and yoga!

Today I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to try Ripped which felt pretty good even though I am still sore. I hope I won't regret it tonight!
