Guest guest
HI , I'm a wee bit shorter than 5'6 " - it is all body/type bone structure, I think. I'm a bit smaller boned so 120 looks okay on me, whereas, I can see it not being a good weight for someone w/ a larger build. It also seems to be where my body gravitates naturally. I've been as low as 108 (from extreme stress!) and as high as 132. I looked ok at 132, just had a bigger butt! LOL! I seriously gained 20 lbs in one semester of grad school (combo of stress and drinking!! LOL!) I was okay at 108 b/c I was younger then, I'm not sure if it would " work " on me now it may age me to be that low - plus, I can't maintain that unless I either starve myself or undergo extreme stress where I don't want to eat and I " m a bundle of nerves all the time. Take care!
