Guest guest
Monday: Basic Aerobics, Yoga Zone: Yoga for Abs 1 Tuesday: Lotte Berk Method: Muscle Eats Fat including bonus, Yoga Booty Ballet: Body Sculpting Bollywood Style Wednesday: Yoga Booty Ballet: Basic Thursday: Flow Pilates, P90 Core Cardio Friday: Rest Saturday: Yoga for Inflexible People: Menstruation Series I (this btw is three moves crossed leg laying down, bound angle pose and corpse pose – in other words I had a rest day here too) Sunday: The Firm: Total Sculpt Plus Abs, Tae bo Cardio, Yoga Zone: Evening Stress Relief 1 This turned out to be a relatively easy week. I did have TTOM, so maybe that was it. I rested on Friday and Saturday because I was bruised in a sensitive region, probably from biking and my legs were a bit sore. I’m hoping to up the intensity next week – I’m aiming for 2 hours of exercise of any kind per day. Maybe with a light day in there if I feel I need it. Ok off for more housework and bed! -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
aw gosh wendy i hope your household gets better soon and that you don't get sick. Maybe the reason things skip you is probably because you work out so much? Thats a great benefit :)I hope you can get back to working out today - hope i can too i've been such a slacker!Kris. Sprague <kittyn@...> wrote: So a not so good week again. And this morning I know I needed to wake up early and work out but I didn’t. In my defense, my oldest daughter had the stomach bug Wednesday night to Friday morning and my youngest daughter and my son had it on Saturday night to Sunday afternoon. I wonder why the bug always means throwing up in the middle of the night? My bf had it last night but I hope it is going to skip me. I often only get a mild form or nothing when everyone else gets sick. I do need to exercise today no matter what because I have to do something to fight this depression. 12-feb-06: Yoga complete for Everyone: Good Morning and Practice for the Spine, Hip Hop Hip Drop with bonus, Jiggle Free Abs 13-Feb-06: Yoga Booty Ballet: Advanced, Yoga Complete for Inflexible People: Quieting the Mind 14-Feb-06: Yoga Zone: Yoga for Abs 2 So yes horrible week but I spent the rest of the week up with kids comforting them, cleaning up after them, washing puked on clothes, sheets, comforters etc. This week will be better assuming I don’t get sick. My goal for this week is just any exercise everyday. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
Wow, -- don't be so hard on yourself! After the week you've had, just being upright, clothed and in your right mind is a triumph. After all those nights up with puking kids, I'm sure your body needed the rest much more than exercise. Just hang in there, and don't sweat not sweating until you can sleep through the night several times, without having to get up to change anyone's bedding, ok?
